Truck Stop Honey Beer Bread
Recommended Beer: Truck Stop Honey Brown AleIngredients:
3 cups self rising flour
4 Tbls honey
1 bottle Truck Stop Honey
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tbls sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Combine flour, honey, sugar and beer until just blended. Scoop into a greased baking pan. Pour melted butter on top.
3. Bake for 45-60 minutes until a toothpick come out clean when inserted or until the loaf sound hollow when tapped.
