The Back Forty Test Kitchen is a place for Chef Chris Wood to create seasonal dishes from the farms and farmers that call this area HOME. We look forward to occasionally partnering with guest chefs and our friends from the Beautiful Rainbow Catering Company. Just like the seasons, our limited menu will change throughout the year to highlight the freshest available choices in our farms, dairies and markets.
